What This Course Covers
Learn to recognize healthcare fraud, waste, abuse, and ordinary errors, and understand how to respond appropriately. This training connects accurate documentation, supported claims, responsible financial arrangements, and timely reporting to everyday healthcare work.
Practical scenarios cover duplicate claims, unsupported billing codes, inaccurate AI-generated notes, and recurring overpayments. Learners practice checking facts, preserving records, reporting concerns, and supporting correction without investigating beyond their responsibilities.
Your enrollment includes: Individual online course access, narrated lessons, scenario explanations, a knowledge assessment, and a Certificate of Completion after meeting course requirements.
Course access: Access ends upon course completion or two calendar months after access is first provided, whichever occurs first. Continued access after completion is not included.
Optional purchases: Additional courses and any available professional continuing education credits are separate from the base FWA enrollment. Confirm CE eligibility before selecting that option.
This course supports compliance education but does not replace employer-specific procedures or guarantee acceptance by every organization.
