Browse the Shop page, select the product or course you want, choose any required options, enter the student or purchaser information when requested, and add the item to your cart. Some products also show a “Buy Now” option for faster checkout. Supremus Store lists products with “Select options,” “Add to cart,” and “Buy Now” purchase actions depending on the product type.
You can use the website navigation menus or type a keyword into the search box. If you are unable to locate a product, contact customer service for assistance.
Yes. Add each item to your cart, review your shopping cart, then proceed to checkout. The other option is when you are on a product page, you have options to purchase other products, just select them and proceed further. Also some product pages also display “Frequently Bought Together” options, allowing you to add related items together before checkout.
For multiple students, update the quantity from one to the total number of students. Enter student names separated by commas in the name field and student email addresses separated by commas in the email field. The total should equal the course or package price multiplied by the number of students.
Yes. Each employee or student must have a unique email address because the same login email cannot be used for multiple employees.
No. Supremus Store’s eLearning terms state that the license is personal and cannot be shared or exchanged with others. The multi-student order instructions also state that one login is purchased per employee.
After adding items to your cart, open the cart page. The website’s buyer guide says the coupon box appears at the bottom of the shopping cart, where you can enter your coupon code.
Payment & Billing
Available payment options are shown during checkout. Supremus Store states that you may choose from the current payment options displayed during the checkout process. Orders are not shipped or fulfilled until payment is received.
For online eLearning products, payment must be made at the point of purchase, and Supremus Store must receive payment in full before providing access to the product.
Supremus Store is based in Texas, so sales tax applies when the purchaser’s address is in Texas. Tax-exempt organizations should place the order with sales tax, then reply to the receipt email with the tax-exempt certificate; we will remove the tax and resend the invoice before charging the card without sales tax.

Course Access & Digital Products
For online HIPAA training courses and many exams, login details are emailed within minutes to one business day after receiving the order. Some orders placed after 11 a.m. Central Time Monday through Friday are processed by the next business day, excluding listed holidays.
No. Online course licenses are personal and non-transferable. But in some cases, you require admin permission to transfer the course and that might require fees.
Access depends on the course. For example, the CHPA course page states that the course is valid for two months from receiving login details and that access to online content ends after completing the course. Check the specific product page before purchasing.
It is the learner’s responsibility to complete content within the allocated time period. Extensions may be available for purchase at an additional cost.
Products purchased through the shopping cart cannot be canceled simply because the buyer changes their mind after the order is placed. Our refund policy also states that online HIPAA anytime training, training kits, and books are final sale.
Certification exam fees are non-refundable once the exam is assigned to an individual.

HIPAA Templates & Downloadable Materials
Yes. The HIPAA Templates Suite is provided as editable Microsoft Word and Excel files, and the license allows use, copying, and modification within the licensed organization or stated related legal entities for internal use.
Template use is limited by the license agreement. Separate legal entities generally need separate licenses, and the templates may not be made available to others except as allowed by the agreement. If templates are purchased for a client project, client information must be provided so the license applies to the client’s company.
No. HIPAA compliance involves more than creating policies, forms, procedures, risk analysis, and contingency plans. The Template suite does not guarantee HIPAA compliance and that the suite is not legal advice.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated before payment is submitted. Add items to the cart and proceed to checkout to see available shipping methods and prices.
Supremus Store states that orders are shipped shortly after payment is received. For instructor-led HIPAA training, study material is shipped according to the shipping method selected during order placement.
During account signup and checkout, you will enter your shipping address, including country. If your country is not listed in the available country dropdown, it cannot ship to that country at that time.

Supremus Store states that backordered items are items for which suppliers cannot predict when more inventory will be available. Once the item becomes available, Supremus Store will be able to ship it.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Log in to “My Account / Order Status” to view your orders and use the change or cancel option if available. Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
Online HIPAA anytime training, training kits, and books are final sale, and no refund is given on cancellation.
Supremus Store states that templates have a seven-day money-back guarantee only for USA companies with more than 50 employees. Consulting companies, consultants, business associates, individuals buying in their own name, companies outside the USA, and individuals outside the USA do not qualify under the listed policy.
For instructor-led HIPAA training, the credit card is not charged until the class is confirmed. After the class is confirmed and the card is charged, there is no refund. Supremus Store also advises customers not to make travel arrangements until registration and class date availability are confirmed.
For one-to-one virtual classroom training, the instructor contacts the purchaser to schedule the class. After the schedule is finalized and the card is charged, there is no refund.
Supremus Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. If a class is canceled or rescheduled, the student may request and receive a full refund for the price paid for the class.
